Zwei versetzte Bauk\u00f6rper, verbunden mit einem gemeinsamen Treppenhaus, bestimmen die \u00e4u\u00dfere Erscheinung\u00a0des Mehrfamilienhauses. Die Platzierung auf dem Grundst\u00fcck erfolgte so, dass die Wohnr\u00e4ume der vier\u00a0Wohneinheiten nach S\u00fcden ausgerichtet sind. Dadurch k\u00f6nnen sowohl die Bewohner des Bestandshauses als\u00a0auch die Bewohner des neuen Hauses den herrlichen Bergblick und die private Situation ihrer Terrassen bzw.\u00a0Loggien genie\u00dfen.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Der hochwertige Bau, der als Bauherrenmodell erstellt wurde, \u00fcberzeugt durch seine ausgewogene und klare Formensprache. Die warme Optik der L\u00e4rchenfassade geht eine gelungene Symbiose mit der eher sachlich\u00a0gehaltenen Quaderform des Geb\u00e4udes mit Flachdach ein. Die Schiebel\u00e4den sind nicht nur hochfunktionell f\u00fcr Verschattung und Verdunkelung, sondern vervollst\u00e4ndigen den ansprechenden Charakter der Fassade.
